Are You Ready to Try a $250,000 Startup?
If you’re looking for a cheap start-up to try out, you might be in luck.
The $250K+ company called StartFund is launching an open call on Tuesday.
According to the website, this is the largest open call ever for a company seeking to raise funds.
The company says that it has raised over $10 million in capital from a variety of sources.
That’s in addition to more than $5 million raised via its website and other means.
StartFund will be offering $100,000 equity grants for anyone who has raised $100K+ through the site.
The offer comes on the heels of the company’s recent launch of a mobile app, which will help users track their progress, track and track more, and share their progress.
“Our goal is to enable the millions of entrepreneurs that start businesses to connect with our community of experts and connect with other start-ups,” the company wrote in a blog post.
StartPrograms, the company behind StartFund, was founded in 2013 and offers a wide range of services including tax preparation, legal aid, and a range of other programs.
According the company, its founders have over 15,000 people working with StartFund.
The app will be available for free, and the company will be partnering with a number of other start up companies.
The startup’s founders say they will continue to provide free, high-quality services to those who are interested in starting a business.
“There is a tremendous amount of excitement around the idea of entrepreneurship,” said Brian T. Caufield, a partner at StartProgram, in a statement.
“We believe that the more people who are willing to take a risk, the better the outcome.
Start-ups are the future of work, and we hope that StartFund helps make this a reality.”
The startup is aiming to attract investors with a goal of raising $100 million.
